Some projects can't be handed to a general crew. They call for unusual materials, several trades sequenced just right, and details that only work if one person plans the whole thing before the first cut.
I take on the specialized, multi-material pieces other builders can't bring together — where wood, steel, concrete, aluminum, and glass have to meet cleanly — and hold one standard from the first cut to the final detail. Fewer jobs, done exceptionally.
